Adam Williss - One Inch Punch Demonstratie

Adam Williss demonstreert de één inch punch beroemd gemaakt door Bruce Lee.

Adam is een Wing Chun-sifu in Zuid-Californië. Hij is oprichter van The Dragon Institute, een bekroonde Wing Chun-school in Orange County, CA.

Met behulp van Dragon Family Wing Chun's lange brug zijlichaam kwan ma (paalpaardhouding), demonstreert Sifu Adam Williss de kracht van de 1-inch punch in een recent Open Huis op onze Dana Point Kung Fu-school.
